EXPERT I.T. GUYS offers 2 levels of our Network Optimization Audit (NOA). The difference between the two levels consist of the depth of the audit and the commitment level and/or needs of the potential client.
The first level, Network Optimization Overview (NOA1), is for a business with a single location and is normally completed within 1 to 2 hours. It's done on a "no-charge" basis.
The Network Optimization Overview (NOA1) includes a fundamental inspection of your network infrastructure and configuration. If you have a specific problem area, we will make sure to include that area in our inspection.
For the NOA1 audit, we inspect your servers, server UPS/surge protectors, switches, and a small, random sample of your workstations. If there are "suspect" workstations, we can inspect those as opposed to others.
After the inspection, EXPERT I.T. GUYS will document our findings in a written summary and submit our findings to you and your management team during the audit “wrap-up” meeting. During the “wrap-up” meeting, EXPERT I.T. GUYS will discuss our summary in greater detail along with our suggestions to move forward.
The second more extensive level, Network Optimization Audit (NOA2), from EXPERT I.T. GUYS is for potential clients that meet one or more of the following criteria: A) Have one or more locations within the DFW Metroplex; B) Have a large number of users; or C) Have an unusual or complex network infrastructure.
Given the facts that this audit is so extensive and all-encompassing, EXPERT I.T. GUYS must charge the potential client for performing it and releasing its findings. This audit goes much further than what other I.T. firms offer and because there is such an incredible amount of knowledge transfer that transpires without a commitment from the client to conduct further business with EXPERT I.T. GUYS, the value of this audit to the client is enormous.
The cost and the time it takes to complete a NOA2 audit depends upon the complexity of your situation. To get an estimate on the cost and the time it will take to complete the NOA2 audit, please contact us and give us a description of your network and an idea of your company's needs.
Before beginning a NOA2 audit, an agreement must be signed by the client and a deposit equal to 25% of the total estimated cost must be made. An additional payment equal to 50% of the total estimated cost must be made midway through (50%) the audit process. The final payment covering the remainder of the cost of the audit must be made when the “wrap-up” meeting is scheduled.
EXPERT I.T. GUYS must be given complete access to all of the client’s network resources, assets, and documentation during normal business hours while conducting either the NOA1 or NOA2 audits.
